Glass Fiber Yarn Description:
Glass fiber yarn at Yuanfeng is formed from raw materials. EC5.5 glass yarn is excellent fiberglass weaving materials for technical woven fabrics, tapes, sleeves. Fiberglass yarn is mianly used for technical textile weaving or braiding. According to the final application, there is various specification on the EC5.5 yarn, piled and single yarn with different twist and strength. 

1. Glass Fiber Yarn is made of fiberglass roving yarns which are bulked and blown through special instrument with high pressure air.

2. Glass Fiber Yarn has high strength as continuous fiber and fluffiness as staple fiber, low thermal conductivity coefficient ,high dust-accommodation and filterability.

3. Texturized glass fiber yarn with metallic (copper wire, inconel wire or stainless wire) are also available !



Glass Fiber Yarn Applications:

1. Glass Fiber Yarn has advantage as insulating ability.

2. Glass Fiber Yarn is good and fire resistant against hear matreial, used as heat insulation, electrical insulation materials and also made into other products. It with metallic can extensively apply to friction materials.

3. Glass Fiber Yarn is the excellent substitute for asbestos.
